Refund policy

At OneRegimen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However,
due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the security
seal intact.
Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required for all returns.

Hygiene Note:
For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns for any skincare products that
have been opened, sampled, or had their protective seals tampered with.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is defective, please contact us immediately at contact@oneregimen.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
Your order number.
Photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box.
We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged items and issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Adverse Reactions

We understand that skin can be sensitive. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please stop use immediately and contact us. While we cannot guarantee a refund for used products, we evaluate these cases individually and may offer store credit or a replacement better suited to your skin type.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email our team at returns@oneregimen.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards.
Sale items (labeled as Final Sale).
Sample-sized products or "Free Gifts with Purchase."
