This Privacy Policy explains how ZS Makeup and Beauty Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates oneregimen.com under license from One Regimen LLC (USA), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from our site.

1. Information We Collect

Order information. When you place or attempt to place an order, we collect your name, billing and delivery address, phone number, email address and payment method. Card details are entered directly with our payment partners — we never see or store your full card number.

Device information. When you browse our site, we automatically collect information about your device, such as your browser, IP address, time zone, the pages and products you view, the websites or searches that referred you, and how you interact with the site. We collect this using cookies, log files, and tags or pixels.

Communications. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we keep a record of the conversation, including any photos or videos you send us, for example for a return.

Skin Quiz. Our Skin Quiz does not save your answers or ask for your email address. Your answers are used only to show you a result.
