This website is operated by One Regimen LLC, marketed in Pakistan by ZS Makeup and Beauty Pvt. Ltd. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Online Store Terms
You must be at least 18 years of age. You may not use products for illegal purposes. Breach results in termination of access.
3. Products and Pricing
Prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of tax. We may adjust pricing without notice. Prices at order confirmation are final. Product images are illustrative.
4. Orders and Payment
We accept COD, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Visa, Mastercard. We may refuse orders for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Repeated COD refusals may disable COD for your account.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for courier delays. See Shipping and Returns page for details.
6. Returns and Refunds
14-day satisfaction promise. Products must be in original packaging. Refunds processed within 5-7 working days.
7. Product Use Disclaimer
Products are for external use only. They are cosmetics, not medications. Results vary. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Not a substitute for medical advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and trademarks are property of One Regimen LLC. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
ONE REGIMEN shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of products or website.
10. Governing Law
Governed by laws of Pakistan. Disputes subject to courts in Lahore.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
